Traveling with pets

·        well mannered and housebroken dogs or cats of 20 lbs or less are welcome guests - only in designated cabins and with prior approval by the owners

·        maximum number of pets per cabin is 2

·        Pet fee is $25 per pet, no matter on the length of stay. This fee does not cover violations of this policy or damage.  Repairs or replacement costs will be assessed and charged to your credit card on file.

·        Most cabins have micro suede couches, therefore, to avoid damage, we ask you to cover any couches or beds with blankets/sheets of your own

·        Pets are not to be unattended in the cabin unless crated

·        Pets shall be restrained in cabin areas at all items on a sturdy leash not to exceed ten (10) feet in length. Pets cannot be tied up or chained in the cabin/cottage yard or porch. Please be mindful of our plantings.

·        Guests must clean up after their pet(s) including the yard around the cabin/cottage areas.

• Pet food cannot be kept outside as this could attract unwanted wildlife.
   

• We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund of any guest whose pet(s) are considered a nuisance to other guests.

·      A credit card must be on file for damages.

Barn accommodations: 

• 2  - 12 x 12 stalls

• pitch forks, manure wagons & water buckets

• tack room

• hay ($4 a bale)

• $20 per nite per horse

 *  guests are responsible for cleaning stalls during their stay and at departure.

*  Negative coggins test required upon arrival
