Our Policies

· Must be 21yrs of age to rent cabins.

· Two night minimum is required

· Friday & Saturday are kept together.

· Three nite minimum is required on most holidays

· Smoking is permitted outside

· A credit card must be on file

· A 6% lodging tax & a 3% bed tax will be added to the rates

Deposits:

· A one nite deposit for two – three nites

· A two nite deposit for four to six nites

· 50% deposit for a weekly stay

· Master card & visa accepted

Cancellations & refunds

We understand situations may arise that make travel impossible. Your visiting here, enjoying yourself, and spreading the word is our goal. We will make every attempt to refund a deposit. Due to our size, cancellations may affect us significantly. Therefore, we must adhere to a cancellation policy.

·        14 days prior to arrival: full refund

·        Under 14 days, we will make every effort to resell your cabin and in this case, a full refund

·        3 days or less prior to arrival: no refund, but a gift certificate will be issued for the value of your deposit

·        no refunds for early departure

·        no cancellations or refunds due to inclement weather
